Shri Ramswarupdasji Maharaj Saheb was born on 1913 in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. He has lived a life of a celibate and served everyone with whom he came into contact.

The most reverend Shri Ramswarupdasji Saheb has been one of the most humble, gentle, kind and loving guru one can hope to find. His simplicity of life and dedication to the teachings Sadguru Kabir are unsurpassable. To sit in his company and  listen to his spiritual discourses and bhajans, was indeed an honor. His general deportment was that of a great sadhu under whose shelter one could easily be lulled into peace and spirituality.

Ramswarupdasji Saheb has been a great ambassador of devotion and spirituality and he thus travelled to many countries spreading the spiritual message of Sadguru Kabir. Everywhere he went; people adore him and paid a great deal of respect to him. His fatherly figure and ready smile endeared him to all.

The Majority of his work was done in Gujarat, Shri Ramswarupdasji Saheb travelled around the world approximately twelve times. He established several Ashrams in Gujarat and one in Varanashi. In 1992 he build  Samarpan General Hospital in Jamnagar, Gujarat to serve the poor. Prior to establishing the Samarpan General Hospital the ashram provided medical services to needy people. He also started a Girl’s School at Palanpur, Gujarat for educating girls along with home arts.

He published several books on the teachings of Sadguru Kabir.  Shri Ramswarupdasji Saheb took Samadhi on 28 January, 1995.
